POSTING:
All forefoot posting will be done intrinsically unless otherwise
specified.
POST
TO CAST:
Posting values will be selected based on orthotic selection and
cast profile.
ENSURING
A BETTER FIT:
Sending a pair of shoes with the casts can guarantee a better
quality fit. Indicating shoe size or sending a tracing of the
foot helps determine length of extensions.
ORTHOTIC
SHELL THICKNESS:
Orthotic shell materials may vary depending on patient's weight.
ORTHOTIC
LENGTH:
Most orthotics standardly are covered to met head length but can
be made to any length by indicating so on the prescription form.
TURN
AROUND TIME:
ComfortFit's average door to door turnaround time is approximately
12 days.
RUSH
ORDERS:
There is NEVER a charge for orthotic orders to be rushed. It is
our pleasure to provide special turnaround for our loyal customers
with special patient requirements.
PRODUCT
GUARANTEE:
All shells carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage.All other
components of the orthotic carry a standard six-month guarantee
against workmanship or defects. After the initial six-month guarantee,
all repairs and adjustments will be charged at our standard flat
rate repair charges. During the six-month guarantee, ComfortFit
Labs will adjust and repair all orthotic components. Natural leather
can discolor; this is a normal condition and is not covered by
our guarantee.There is no charge for inbound or outbound freight
on repairs that are in warranty.
REPAIRS
AND ADJUSTMENTS:
ComfortFit has two simple categories for chargeable repairs: Basic
Repairs and comprehensive Repairs. All competitors' devices can
also be repaired by ComfortFit.
THE
COMFORT ZONE:
The Comfort Zone protection policy covers your patient's orthotics
for 24 months regardless of what may happen to their orthotics.All
work done on the devices will be at no charge. (A surcharge will
apply to lost or stolen orthotics.)
SHIPPING
POLICY:
There is NO CHARGE for inbound or outbound freight for any new
pair of custom orthotics unless being shipped directly to the
patient. Prepaid mailing labels are provided for your convenience.
Local courier service is also available in select cities. Shipping
cartons are available upon your request at no charge.
RETURNS:
All returns for credit consideration will be evaluated on an individual
basis. Our policy is a simple one..We want to satisfy the customer
and the patient at all costs.There are established fees for return
of sandals and diabetic shoes. Call for information.
CREDIT
TERMS/ESTABLISHING YOUR ACCOUNT:
Open credit will be established for all new orthotic accounts
upon receipt of your first order.An invoice will be sent along
with each pair of orthotic devices (or other products) and statements
will be processed monthly. A finance charge of 1 ½ % will
be assessed on all accounts with over a 30-day balance (past due).
Payment may be made from individual invoices or from monthly summary
statements.We gladly accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX
and Discover cards.Any account that exceeds a 90-day unpaid balance
will be considered for immediate credit hold until the balance
is paid.
CUSTOM
LOGOS:
We can incorporate your custom logo on our Top Covers (vinyl only)
depending on your volume. Please call for further information.
