Description

The Cork Dual Density is a bio-cork body device. Bio-cork is ideal as a base layer. Crafted from natural cork and nylon plastic. Essentially making it less likely to compress during gate than regular subortholene. Equates to a base layer of subortholene with a rigid EVA arch filler. Optimal for patients that need stronger midfoot and plantar support with less range of motion. The Dual is crafted from a 3/4″ of cork then a low density soft EVA layer is added to the plantar surface. As the cork shell is stiff and rigid the Eva layer adds comfort and shock absorption to the device. The shell bisects the first and fifth met head just like a plastic device.
